Lisa Martins

Lisa is our most experienced therapist, having graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 1993. She has advanced training in St. John's Method of Neuromuscular Therapy. She and her boyfriend have an Australian Cattle Dog named Murphy, who was adopted from the Colorado Puppy Rescue. Libby's hobbies include climbing, camping, cycling, and looking for a great sale!

Stacy Barron

Stacy is an exquisite deep tissue therapist who absolutely loves to dig into her client's muscles and do some serious work. She's been a massage therapist for six years, and completed her schooling at the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado in 2001. Jess McLean

Jess graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minnesota in 2002 where she attended classes with both acupuncturists and chiropractors. Her massage style relies on lots of trigger point work, which she likes to combine with relaxation work as well as reflexology. She enjoys helping people connect with their bodies as well as helping them become more relaxed in their day to day lives. She  offers Thai Massage and is also trained in Ashiatsu. She loves to read, bake, camp and hike. No pets yet, but she and her husband are thinking of getting a miniature schnauzer or beagle sometime soon.

Meghan Sanders

Meghan is our Office Manager and "in-house efficiency expert :)" She has a B.A. from MSCD in Philosophy with a minor in Women's Studies. Meghan also played Division 1 soccer at University of San Francisco, and at MSCD. After having her son, Finn, she decided she wanted to come home smelling like essential oils rather than greasy fries and beer from the Irish pub which she had been managing. She lives with Finn & Lelah's daddy, Kevin, who is a Denver firefighter. She can be spotted at Serenity Now three days a week, and at other random times of her or Jessica's  choosing. She has a flair for undercharging people, so you may just get lucky.

Julie Jenkins

Julie came to us after getting bored in the spa world, and wanting to use the deep tissue skills she acquired at Boulder College of Massage Therapy. While there, she gained additional training in reflexology, prenatal massage, and aromatherapy. She also offers our Massage Your Baby Class, as well as Ashiatsu and Hot Stone Massage. She also holds a B.A. from UNC in Communications. Oh, she has a twin sister, too. Read more about Julie here.

Jessica Taylor

Jessica moved to Denver from Minneapolis in 1998 to start Denver Chiropractic Center (new window). As her massage practice continued to grow within the chiropractic clinic, she branched off from Denver Chiropractic Center to start Serenity Now!, and is its Proprietor (as one client so eloquently coined her). Jessica is particularly proud of how Serenity Now has combined high business standards with massage, and integrated it with technology - a seeming juxtaposition.

Jessica went to Northern Lights School of Massage Therapy in Minneapolis on the University of Minnesota campus in 1995. She has advanced training in Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy™, and is an Associate Instructor for the technique as well. Therapists from all over the country travel to Serenity Now!'s training facility to learn the revolutionary technique. Jessica operates and manages Serenity Now, and is retired from seeing clients. She was married in October 2005, and lives in Wash Park with her husband, Brent. She also volunteers with the Dumb Friends League.

The therapists listed on this page are our regular therapists. We also have additional therapists who come in to help cover vacations. You can read their bio when you're logged into our appointment system.
